Close Up
Dee performs different forms of magic. His personal favourite is that of close up, after coming runner up in a close up competition using an assortment of card tricks, cards changing in your hand, cards jumping out of decks, chosen cards being coughed out of the mouth (blood is optional). Other close up magic Dee provides is mind to mind magic. A spectator will merely think of a word or image and Dee will reveal it. If you are hoping for your average pick a card spoon bending magician then Dee Riley isn't the bender for the job, all this plus his unique sense of humour with style of performance will leave you saying "WOOOW- Katy Perry"! and "Safe - David Haye“ ! and "MARRY ME! - some crazy lady at a house party”
Stage Magic
Theses consist of many different routines whereby people are seen to disappear live on stage, mind reading with the audience, general humour based tricks, pulling a signed chosen card from the spectators person. Just general controversial yet witty humour and illusions. Dee Riley's last public show in late October of 2010,featured all of this with an added trick of "Bullet Catch" where Dee was seen to be shot live on stage, only to appear at the back of the room, dressed as Superman, done to the song "I need a hero". Then after entering the WAM stage competition with his "Dance of the hours" classical magic piece, he received first place.
Adult Show/Cabaret Adult Magic
The idea of adult shows are incredible as this quote from Dee suggests "Adult shows are amazing and I love doing them!!!...the shows that is...not the adults.....that's disgusting, nothing worse than grey pubes ewww". Dee regularly performs at London’s Café De Paris, Madame Jo Jo’s, Cellar Door, and Late night Magic. All Adult all naughty magic.
Kids Show
Would you believe it !!! Dee Riley actually does kids shows !?! Not only that but he came SECOND in a kids show competition !!! No I don't believe it either. Dee will perform a show called "The illusion of laughter". His show also gets your child to do a lot of the magic, so if it goes wrong!!!!..........ummm not to worry. This show has got so many laughs from every one as Dee said "This performance gets sooo many laughs from all generations in nappies, 8 year old and 80 year old. Don't ask me why 8 year olds wear nappies its just funny)!!! Dee currently works at the "Magic Cavern- Barons Court" a fantastic children’s magic venue, by far one of the best that London has to offer.
Corporate
Depending on the layout different forms of performing can be done either on a stage for a set amount of time or table to table. The tricks for theses types of events tend to be mostly slight of hand card magic, having cards change before you're very eyes once set alight. Alot of mind reading and magic depending on whether its walk about magic or table to table magic. A good option is the mix of stage and close up for a real kick to the night, getting every one going and involved.
